General Terms of „We Guarantee the Lowest Price” Promotion

1. A Promotion titled „We Guarantee the Lowest Price” is organized by Kangu Self Storage.
2. The Promotion runs till December 31, 2021.
3. The Promotion is for new customers only (i.e. those who within the last three months have not been a Party to any rental agreement with the given Kangu Branch).
4. In order to use the Promotion, it is required to present a competitor’s proposal being:
   • not more than 7 (seven) days old,
   • including an offered price,
   • specifying the rented area or cubic volume,
   • determining the location of the other Party’s offered storage facility within the area covered by the Promotion.
5. The offers should be comparable in terms of the quality and conditions such as: monitoring, parking, individual access cards, physical security provisions, the availability of trolleys, a possibility of receiving and dispatching of shipments via the organizer, a specified indoor temperature.
6. The Promotion may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.
7. The Promotion is conditional on the availability of a storage unit of the given size in the selected location. The Organizer may offer some other location or a similarly sized unit.

§1
[Promotion Organizer]

1. This promotional action, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”, is being organized by:
   1. Euro Centrum Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with registered office in Poznań at ul. Ożarowska 42, 61-332 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Poznań-Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000022176, share capital of PLN 3,168,000.00, NIP: 7770000821, REGON: 630019807 – for storage space located at ul. Ożarowska 42 in Poznań;
   2. Kangu SZCZECIN Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with registered office in Szczecin at Al. Bohaterów Warszawy 13B/U1, 70-371 Szczecin, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Szczecin-Centrum in Szczecin, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000596711, share capital of PLN 5,000.00, NIP: 7822603113, REGON: 363490129 – for storage space located at Al. Bohaterów Warszawy 13B/U1, and Al. Bohaterów Warszawy 11 in Szczecin;
   3. Kangu WROCŁAW Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with registered office in Wrocław at ul. Robotnicza 70C, 53-608 Wrocław, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000596880, share capital of PLN 5,000.00, NIP: 7822603277, REGON: 363501838 – for storage space located at ul. Robotnicza 70C, and ul. Robotnicza 52 in Wrocław;
   4. Kangu WARSZAWA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with registered office in Poznań at ul. Ożarowska 42, 61-332 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Poznań-Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000597210, share capital of PLN 5,000.00, NIP: 7822603774, REGON: 363532431 – for storage space located at ul. Poleczki 23 in Warsaw;
   5. Kangu WARSZAWA MOKOTÓW Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with registered office at ul. Ożarowska 42, 61-332 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Poznań-Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000700374, share capital of PLN 5,000.00, NIP: 7822749466, REGON: 368574463 – for storage space located at ul. Wołoska 16 in Warsaw;
      (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
2. These Promotion Terms (hereinafter the “Terms”) specify the rules of the Promotion, including the determination of the lowest price for the rental of storage space offered by the Organizer.
3. The area covered by the Promotion is the administrative area of the following cities, respectively:
   1. for the Organizer specified in section 1 item 1) – administrative area of the city of Poznań,
   2. for the Organizer specified in section 1 item 2) – administrative area of the city of Szczecin,
   3. for the Organizer specified in section 1 item 3) – administrative area of the city of Wrocław,
   4. for the Organizer specified in section 1 item 4) – administrative area of the city of Warsaw,
   5. for the Organizer specified in section 1 item 5) – administrative area of the city of Warsaw.
4. If the conditions specified in these Terms are met, the Organizer guarantees the Participant a storage rental price up to 45% discount from the base price included in the Price List available at the Organizer‘s office.

§2
[Promotion Period and Scope]

The Promotion starts on January 1, 2021, and lasts till December 31, 2021 (hereinafter „Promotion Period”)

§3
[Terms of Promotion]

1. A Participant in the Promotion shall mean a natural person, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality having legal capacity under the provisions of law (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) who/which:
   1. shall express at least verbally their willingness to use the Promotion;
   2. is a new customer, i.e. has not been a Party to any agreement for rental of Kangu Self Storage space with the Organizer within the last three months prior to expressing their willingness to use the Promotion;
   3. 3) during the Promotion Period presents to the Organizer an offer for rental of storage space from some entrepreneur other than any Organizer, in particular one not operating under the Kangu Self Storage brand, whose main business is rental of self-service storage units of self-storage type (units, warehouses), and the said offer:
      1. is not older than 7 (seven) days;
      2. includes an offered price;
      3. specifies the area or cubic volume of the rented unit;
      4. specifies the location of the rented unit in an area covered by the Promotion. “Other entrepreneur” mentioned in the preceding sentence shall mean other than the Organizer.
   4. during the Promotion Period concludes with the Organizer a rental agreement for storage space unit (hereinafter the “Agreement”) equivalent to the one specified in the offer in terms of the unit’s quality and area/cubic volume, within 7 days from presenting the rental offer compliant with these Terms.
2. The Promotion may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.
3. Conclusion of a Rental Agreement under conditions resulting from these Terms depends on the availability of a unit with a specific size at the location selected by the Participant. At the same time the Organizer may suggest another location or a similar size of the rented unit.
4. The Rental Agreement based on these Terms and Conditions may be concluded for a specific period declared by the Participant, however, not longer than one year.
5. These Promotion Terms are available at the Organizer’s registered office and are displayed in locations of the storage space rented by the Organizer.

§4
[Final Provisions]

1. The provisions of the Agreement shall apply to all other matters, with the reservation that any disputes arising from participating in the Promotion shall be brought to a common court of general jurisdiction.
2. By participating in the Promotion the Participant agrees to its conditions specified in these Terms.

1. The Promotion „Sunny prices” is organized by Kangu Self Storage.
2. The Promotion runs through August 30, 2021.
3. The Promotion is available to new Clients only (i.e. those not being a Party to a rental Agreement with Kangu in the last three months).
4. Terms of the Promotion „Sunny prices” are the following.

• Kangu WARSZAWA MOKOTÓW Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with registered office at ul. Ożarowska 42, 61-332 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Poznań-Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000700374, share capital of PLN 5,000.00, NIP: 7822749466, REGON: 368574463 – for storage space located at ul. Wołoska 16 in Warsaw;

(hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. These Promotion Terms (hereinafter the “Terms”) specify the rules of the Promotion granting a Promotion Participant a price discount.
3. The area covered by the Promotion is the administrative area of the following cities, respectively:

• for the Organizer specified in section 1 item 1) – administrative area of the city of Poznań,
• for the Organizer specified in section 1 item 2) – administrative area of the city of Szczecin,
• for the Organizer specified in section 1 item 3) – administrative area of the city of Wrocław,
• for the Organizer specified in section 1 item 4) – administrative area of the city of Warsaw,
• for the Organizer specified in section 1 item 5) – administrative area of the city of Warsaw.

4. If the conditions specified in these Terms are met, the Organizer guarantees the Participant a storage rental price up to 40% discount from the base price included in the Price List available at the Organizer‘s office

§ 2 [Period]

The Promotion starts on July 1, 2021 and runs through August 30, 2021 (hereinafter „Promotion Period”).

§ 3 [Terms]

1. A Participant in the Promotion shall mean a natural person, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality having legal capacity under the provisions of law (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) who/which:
   • shall express at least verbally their willingness to participate in the Promotion;
   • is a new customer, i.e. has not been a Party to any agreement for rental of Kangu Self Storage space with the Organizer within the last three months prior to expressing their willingness to participate in the Promotion;
   • during the Promotion Period concludes with the Organizer a rental agreement for storage space unit (hereinafter the “Agreement”).
2. The Promotion may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.
3. Conclusion of a Rental Agreement under conditions resulting from these Terms depends on the availability of a unit with a specific size at the location selected by the Participant. At the same time the Organizer may suggest another location or a similar size of a unit.
4. The Rental Agreement based on these Terms and Conditions may be concluded for a specific period resulting from separate arrangements between the Organizer and the Participant.
5. These Promotion Terms are available at the Organizer’s registered office and are displayed in locations of the storage space rented by the Organizer, and also at the website www.kangu24.com.

§ 3 [Final Provisions]

1. The provisions of the Agreement shall apply to all other matters, with the reservation that any disputes arising from participating in the Promotion shall be brought to a common court of general jurisdiction.
2. By participating in the Promotion the Participant agrees to its conditions specified in these Terms.
